I read a lot of blogs.. I mean a lot. I’d say about 200 blogs or more a week. Some give me ideas, some knowledge and some are for pure enjoyment. I always look to see how a blog makes money. Some people have it down to a science.. while others have no clue what to do. Now, some blogs generate revenue because they receive a lot of traffic and so they sell pagesviews. Amazon is probably one of the most well known affiliate programs. As with all ads they need to relate to your blog. Information blogs are sometimes harder to convert with Amazon then blogs focused around specific products or services. For example… music, books and videos (DVD) are great.
