How to never run out of topics to blog about.

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

In order to make money blogging you need to blog. I do about 5 – 15 posts a week on different blogs. So I am no stranger to writers block. If you can’t write a good post, you have no way of making money. You could try to pull a half baked idea out of your hat, but you already know that will make for a bad post. So what do you do? How do you get ideas or motivation to post?

Viral Traffic Without Lifting A Finger…Sort Of

I am all about free, so long as free can make me money. Sometimes giving away something for free can make you money. For example, you give free information on your site or blog in return for paid advertising. I came across this service called RSS Hugger. It is a free online directory for bloggers.

The purpose is to help you find new readers via your RSS feed. You can pay $20 to get listed or blog about them and get in for free for 10 years. They have limited features but I am sure that will change soon. Take a look at the site and sign-up. It fast a easy to sign-up and may be well worth it.

The first thing I would do is remove any affiliation to any link or post buying / selling sites on your blog. You could use a re-directed link and then use a no-follow tag, but even then you will be taking a risk. I know it means less sales, but it is worth it in the long run. Read the rest of this entry »
